I use an innovative, holistic blend of body-centered coaching and therapy rooted in mindfulness and spiritual practices. Through a transformative process, I’ll help you regulate the present, rewire the past, and rewrite the future.
For the first part, we use somatic (body-based) practices and relational tools to help you stay regulated in the present moment. This is crucial because your nervous system needs to feel safe and present before it can let go of old patterns and embrace new, healthier ways of being. By working on this present-moment regulation, we lay the groundwork for deeper healing and transformation.
Next, we delve into the past. We know it’s safe to start looking back to those uncomfortable things because we’ve done the work to be regulated in the present. Using body-centered therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Compassionate Inquiry, we go beyond the mind to address the underlying physiological and emotional causes of your challenges and release the trauma that’s limiting your ability to connect. But we don’t stay stuck in the past or dwell in it; we stay in it just enough to understand how early experiences shaped our current reality so we can heal and transform those patterns.
When we have the present and past more in sync, we’ll develop a vision for your future and strategies to turn that vision into reality.

About Me
For me, this is more than just a profession.
It’s my calling – my purpose. And it found me more than I chose it. In fact, I never meant to set out on this path (quite the opposite).
I came from a small village in Italy and was the first in my family to go to college. I ended up earning a Ph.D. in biology from prestigious universities in Europe and the US… and began a career working with leading scientists in New York and San Francisco.
On paper, I had it all.
But on the inside, I was dying.
I faced severe depression, eating disorders, body-image issues… and I was dependent on all sorts of vices. Social anxiety crippled me, making normal interactions and friendships impossible. I felt empty, lost, disconnected, and profoundly alone.
Coming from a culture that deeply stigmatizes mental health issues, it took me years to even admit to myself that I needed help.
And just when I couldn’t “do life” anymore, I sought therapy. But it often left me feeling worse – more trapped in my past.
I started to think there was something so wrong with me that even therapy could not fix it.
I spent YEARS (and hundreds of thousands of dollars)…
I wanted to make sense of my pain so I could heal from the inside out.
I dove into personal development courses, meditation, affirmations, visualizations – you name it. I hired more therapists and coaches, sought out spiritual mentors, and even explored psychedelics.
Sometimes, I had breakthroughs and felt like I was making progress, but it never seemed to last. Each setback left me feeling more hopeless than before.
That might seem like time wasted… but it wasn’t.
Because a deeper truth emerged…
Layers and layers of personal and relational trauma were sapping my vitality.
Beyond all that suffering was my true Self – the one who is whole, authentic, and untouched.
Learning about complex trauma and how it lives in our body and nervous system was a game-changer for me…
I dove into ancient practices that had been used to treat trauma for thousands of years: rituals and ceremonies, drumming and rhythm, dance and movement, and connecting with nature, for example. I also explored contemporary approaches like somatic coaching, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Compassionate Inquiry (CI).
As I began to heal – to feel more alive and at peace – I became passionate about helping others do the same. So, I got formal training in body-based, trauma-informed coaching and therapy. That education encompassed an array of models and methodologies, including IFS, Compassionate Inquiry, somatic mindfulness, polyvagal theory and nervous system regulation, attachment theory, energy healing, and psychedelics integration.
There’s a whole world beyond this suffering…
It’s taken me a lot of time and work to realize that, but I can tell you from firsthand experience…
